Shakari "TRAKGIRL” Boles brings a versatile and dynamic dimension to the music industry through a variety of genres. Through speaking engagements at Georgetown University and NAMM she encourages women to seek greater access to broader roles in the heavily male-dominated production and business facets of the music industry. As an entrepreneur, TRAKGIRL has also taken her unique brand into the fashion world with her recently launched lifestyle brand PAY US TODAY that promotes fair pay for creatives & producers and brings awareness to good business practices.

For the past 10 years, Ashley has worked in the world of brand management, talent management, digital strategy and project management with a focus on brand,sponsorships, endorsement, talent deals in music, film, sports and tech. She is music producer TRAKGIRL's manager ( talent + brand), and business partner. Kershaw is a Hampton University Alum, proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and continues to serve as the founder and principal of talent management agency, The Ash Project.
